Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the EDDU Business Training website, products, services, courses, sales challenges, and training programmes.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any EDDU programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Services

EDDU Business Training provides practical sales training, business training, sales challenges, and professional development programmes delivered through digital channels, including WhatsApp, email, websites, downloadable resources, and online content.

All programmes are intended for educational and professional development purposes only.

3. Non-Accredited Training

EDDU Business Training programmes are non-accredited training programmes.

Participation in an EDDU programme does not result in any nationally recognised qualification, NQF qualification, SETA accreditation, diploma, degree, or other accredited certification.

Certificates issued by EDDU are Certificates of Completion only and are not formal qualifications.

Upon successful payment and registration, participants will receive access to the applicable programme.

EDDU offers conditional completion guarantees on qualifying courses and live webinars.

Course participants must complete all required lessons, quizzes, questionnaires, assessments and activities within the applicable 30-day programme period. A refund request must be submitted within seven calendar days after completing the programme and remains subject to verification through EDDU’s learning records.

Webinar attendees must remain actively present for the full advertised 90-minute session and submit the required questionnaire and refund request within three calendar days after the webinar. Attendance, participation and questionnaire completion remain subject to verification.

Refund requests that do not meet the applicable requirements may be declined. No refund will be granted under these voluntary guarantees where a participant fails to complete the required programme or attendance conditions.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
